Project Manager – Moves & Relocations
Location: Oldbury (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 2 years
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end move and relocation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, providing clear communication and updates throughout project lifecycles.
- Oversee fit-out works and ensure all activities are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and motivate people involved in the relocation process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Identify risks and issues early and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Proven track record in move management and relocation projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in fit-out projects and facilities-related environments.
