Working closely with the Board and operational teams, you will foster a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the successful delivery of projects while protecting our people, clients, and the environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HSE professional who combines strategic vision with a practical, hands-on approach and has a strong track record within the construction, technical services, fit out, or installation sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver the company s Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy in line with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and expert advice to the Board, senior management, and project teams on all HSE matters.
- Drive a positive behavioural safety culture throughout the organisation.
- Ensure full compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation, industry standards, and best practices.
