Salary: £37,000 – £39,000 per annum
Location: London and surrounding areas

Responsibilities of the Successful Plumbing Engineer:

  • Reactive repairs
  • Planned maintenance
  • General plumbing duties

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: £37,000 – £39,000 per annum
Holiday Allowance: 20 days plus bank holidays (opportunity to earn up to 3 additional days)

Working Hours:

  • Incentives including customer service bonuses, job completion rewards, and weekend work incentives.
  • Attendance bonuses of up to £750 per year for excellent reliability.
  • Additional earning opportunities through authorised extra hours and first-time fix bonuses.

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
  • Experience in the commercial/FM sector
  • Minimum 18 months plumbing experience
  • Drainage experience desirable
  • Clean, full driving license
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
