Role Overview: In this position, you will oversee planned and reactive maintenance tasks, collaborating with the Engineering Supervisor and Shift Leader. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a high standard of work. This position will be working within the Data Centre division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on building systems and respond to alarms.
  • Manage the Permit to Work system and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supervise subcontractors and foster positive relationships with staff and clients.
  • Support incident management and uphold professional standards in customer service.

Required experience:

  • HV Authorisation and Level 3 NVQ in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience working within a critical environment.
  • Current Wiring Regulations certificate and Emergency First Aid Qualification.
  • Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible working hours and preferred certifications (PASMA).
