Role Overview: In this position, you will oversee planned and reactive maintenance tasks, collaborating with the Engineering Supervisor and Shift Leader. You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a high standard of work. This position will be working within the Data Centre division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on building systems and respond to alarms.
- Manage the Permit to Work system and maintain comprehensive records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise subcontractors and foster positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Support incident management and uphold professional standards in customer service.
Required experience:
- HV Authorisation and Level 3 NVQ in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working within a critical environment.
- Current Wiring Regulations certificate and Emergency First Aid Qualification.
- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible working hours and preferred certifications (PASMA & IPAF).
