Multi-Skilled Engineer

My client is a leading provider of property maintenance services, specialising in managing and maintaining commercial properties. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable services to their clients. They are now looking for a proactive, skilled, and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our commercial properties. Having an Electrical or Carpentry bias would be ideal. Key Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Engineer: * Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, lighting, and power circuits within commercial properties – IF BIAS IS ELECTRICAL * Perform carpentry tasks * Undertake general building maintenance, including plumbing, basic tiling, and painting where required * Inspect and diagnose faults, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly * Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and industry regulations * Maintain accurate records of work completed and any materials used * Liaise with building managers, contractors, and clients, providing excellent customer service at all times * Support the overall maintenance and improvement of commercial property facilities The ideal Multi-Skilled Engineer will possess: * Qualification within their trade * Clean driving license * Experience working within commercial properties In return, the successful Multi-Skilled Engineer will receive: * Company van and fuel card * Opportunity to participate in our on-call emergency rota, for which you will receive an on-call allowance and overtime rates per call out. * Host of benefits to suit your lifestyle and support your wellbeing.
