I am currently seeking a CCTV Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and security systems for both residential and commercial clients. This is based within London and requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities of the successful CCTV Engineer:
- Installing and commissioning CCTV in drainage systems.
- Install and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, recording equipment, and associated hardware.
- Electrical spur off existing rings to provide power for alarm and CCTV systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance, identify faults, and repair CCTV systems as needed.
- Advise clients on system upgrades and implement improvements to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide clear guidance and training to clients on the use of their systems.
- Integrate CCTV systems with access control and alarm systems where required.
The ideal CCTV Engineer will possess the following:
- Must be a qualified electrician with recognised certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent).
- Full, clean UK Driving license.
In return, the successful CCTV Engineer will receive:
- 20 days holiday, plus bank holiday

- £750 attendance bonus for 2 days off or less per year
