Role Overview
In this position, you will oversee planned and reactive maintenance tasks, collaborating with the Engineering Supervisor and Shift Leader.
You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a high standard of work.
This position will be working within the Data Centre division.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on building systems and respond to alarms.
- Manage the Permit to Work system and maintain comprehensive records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise subcontractors and foster positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Support incident management and uphold professional standards in customer service.
Required experience
- HV Authorisation and Level 3 NVQ in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working within a critical environment
- Current Wiring Regulations certificate and Emergency First Aid Qualification.
- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible working hours and preferred certifications (PASMA & IPAF).
