Emprise Group is a brand management company that represents global sports brands. We are looking for a conscientious and well-organised candidate for an apprenticeship position with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Overview of the role
To support the wider merchandise and marketing team to deliver the marketing strategy for Emprise Group. This includes creating new teamwear designs across various products for various sports clubs. The apprentice will complete the Level 3 Multi Channel Marketing Apprenticeship. Responsibilities include:
- Creating content for marketing campaigns which will be used across the Emprise Group digital marketing channels, including social media channels, website and email marketing.
- Supporting with wider areas of digital marketing including paid ad campaigns, SEO, website optimisation and video production.
- Creating new Shopify webpages for each new club and loading products for online sales.
- Representing the brand in a positive manner and within the brand guidelines across all digital marketing outputs.
Main Duties/Responsibilities, with supervision:
- Create new merchandise designs for various products.
- Load products into the e-commerce website.
- Create digital marketing strategies.
- Run social media campaigns.
- Design and post social media posts.
- Interact with users and community and manage all social media platforms.
- Write blog posts for the website.
- Generate backlinks for our website.
- Send out regular email marketing campaigns.
- Support with the wider Emprise Group brands [Barmy Army, R66T Academy, Teamwear].
Person specification:
Desirable qualifications:
- GCSE grades 4-9 or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
- Graphic Design equivalent course/qualification.
Skills and attributes:
- Understanding and experience of the Adobe suite or equivalent design software.
- A keen interest in both graphic design and digital marketing.
- Understanding of Microsoft/Google apps [Mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint].
- Understanding of social media channels.
- Understanding of wider digital marketing techniques such as email marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good at timekeeping and conscientious.
- Good team player but who can work on their own when required.
