We are looking for a senior Product Designer / UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design for a high-impact AI analytics platform. This isn't just about building another chatbot; we are looking for a designer who can navigate the nuances of high-trust, regulated environments and build the next generation of AI-driven workflows that turn complex data into actionable intelligence.
The Role
As the lead designer for this new digital product, you will own the user experience from discovery to delivery. You'll be tasked with simplifying massive complexity without losing the "power user" functionality our customers rely on.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design strategy for a core enterprise product, balancing user needs with strict compliance and business goals.
- Discovery to Delivery: Facilitate user discovery sessions and transform raw insights into high-fidelity prototypes and polished UI.
- AI Beyond the Chatbox: Design intuitive interfaces for AI features that prioritize transparency, safety, and human-in-the-loop decision-making.
- System Evolution: Leverage and extend our foundational design system, ensuring every new component is scalable and pixel-perfect.
- Design for Trust: Build "UX guardrails" and governance into the experience to help users navigate complex AI outputs with confidence.
Your Profile
- 6–8+ years of experience tackling complex, enterprise-level web applications.
- AI Sophistication: You understand AI UX beyond prompt engineering. You can design for trade-offs between latency, accuracy, and helpfulness.
- High-Trust Expertise: Experience in regulated industries (FinTech, HealthTech, GovTech, etc.) where "getting it right" is a requirement.
- A proven ability to take dense, multi-step workflows and turn them into elegant, efficient experiences.
- Figma Power-User: Expert-level skills; you don't just use design systems—you evolve them.
- Collaborative Lead: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Requirement: An outstanding portfolio demonstrating deep systems thinking, complex UI work, and AI integration.
