The Role:
- Conduct ergonomic assessments across assembly and installation activities
- Identify workplace ergonomic risks and recommend practical solutions
- Support human factor and ergonomic improvement projects across manufacturing operations
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Health & Safety teams
- Drive user-centred design and ergonomic risk reduction strategies
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Ergonomics/Human Factors
- CIEHF accreditation or working towards membership preferred
- Strong knowledge of biomechanics, cognition, and workplace ergonomics
- Experience within manufacturing or industrial engineering environments desirable
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
