Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Quality Manager to support supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery excellence within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Role Details:
- Location: Filton (80% onsite requirement)
- Duration: 3 months initially with possible extension
- Working pattern: 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure On-Time and On-Quality deliveries
- Build strong supplier relationships and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive problem-solving activities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, programmes, and procurement
- Ensure supplier and product compliance with required standards
- Support supplier development and performance improvement activities
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within an industrial/supply chain environment
- Knowledge of quality management principles
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
