Sales Enablement & Insights Partner – EMEA (Contract, Hybrid)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Fuel Growth Across EMEA with Strategic Sales Enablement
Are you passionate about using data to drive real business outcomes—not just building dashboards? If so, we’re looking for a commercially-minded, insights-driven Sales Enablement Partner to join our EMEA team.
This is not your typical BI or reporting role. Instead, you'll act as a productivity catalyst—embedded in the heart of our sales organisation—empowering outsourced sales agents across emerging EMEA markets to close more deals, faster.
The Role: Sales Enablement with a Strategic Edge
You’ll serve as the go-to partner for our outsourced front-line sales agents, supporting those who sell indirectly via accounting channels across the EMEA region (excluding the UK).
- Sales Agent Enablement
Equip outsourced agents with the tools, insights, and processes they need to convert leads and improve performance.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation to drive smarter lead scoring, outreach, and follow-up.
Use platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, and ClickView to surface insights—not to build dashboards, but to influence action and strategy.
- Agile Sales Support
Operate in fast-paced, weekly sprints, supporting sales leaders with fresh data and recommendations to guide decisions.
Work closely with EMEA sales leadership as a trusted thought partner.
Experienced in Sales Operations
~3–5 years in sales enablement, productivity, or revenue operations—ideally in enterprise SaaS, high-velocity sales, or international teams.
You connect the dots between data and decision-making. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, cadence tools (e.g. SalesLoft, HVS), Tableau, Power BI, ClickView, and outbound automation tools.
You don’t need a playbook—you’re excited by building, testing, and iterating in real time.
Contract Role: Currently offered as a contract, with no immediate path to permanent.
Hybrid Setup: Minimum 3 days a week in our London office.
If you’ve worked in or alongside outsourced or indirect sales teams, know how to spot inefficiencies and solve them with smart, data-led decisions, and thrive in a fast-moving environment—this is your chance to make a tangible impact in EMEA sales.
Let’s make sales smarter—together.
