Our client is seeking a Paid Search Optimization Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns focused on driving subscriber growth and improving campaign performance across digital advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Paid Search campaigns to achieve acquisition goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Analyze campaign results, attribution, and conversion tracking metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and media teams on strategy, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, testing, and process improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external media partners.
  • Manage bid-based advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience.

  • Experience with app campaigns and mobile attribution platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and digital advertising platforms.
