Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in OmniStudio to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features, optimise existing processes, and support ongoing enhancements across our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Build and customise Salesforce components including Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, Custom Objects, and Automations.
  • Collaborate with product owners, admins, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
  • Optimise and maintain integrations with external platforms using REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce environments.
  • Participate in release cycles, deployments, and version control processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, designs, and implemented solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (must‑have).
  • Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Experience building OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and best practices.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce deployments (Gearset, Copado, or similar).
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Experience with GitHub, Test Automation, or CI/CD tools.
  • Knowledge of Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics.
  • Certifications such as OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or Admin.
