Are you fluent in both English and German and passionate about delivering high-quality medical information and customer support? Our client is seeking a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist (MICES) to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will:
- Provide accurate medical and technical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers via phone, email, web, and live chat.
- Ensure inquiries are documented and addressed in line with regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Identify and report adverse events and product quality issues promptly.
- Support content management and second-line activities within therapeutic area teams.
- Actively contribute to process improvements and represent medical information functions in meetings and training sessions.
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Life Sciences or a healthcare-related field
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (C2/native)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years' experience in medical information, customer service, or a related role
- Pharmacy degree and knowledge of medical regulations are a plus
