We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to provide delivery leadership and coordination for a high-profile technology pilot within a policing environment. Working across customer stakeholders, delivery teams, suppliers, and partner organisations, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced delivery professional who is comfortable operating within complex, highly regulated environments and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery activities across stakeholders, suppliers, and workstreams.
- Establish and maintain effective governance and reporting arrangements.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.
- Support delivery planning, prioritisation, and oversight activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and business teams.
- Provide delivery insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Support delivery through governance, assurance, and compliance processes.
- Ensure delivery momentum is maintained and key milestones are achieved.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering technology programmes within policing, government, or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong delivery management capability, including:
- Programme planning and coordination
- Governance and reporting
- Risk, issue, and dependency management
- Delivery oversight
- Experience working within complex multi-stakeholder and multi-supplier environments.
- Understanding of governance, assurance, and security considerations associated with technology delivery.
- Experience supporting Agile and iterative delivery approaches.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery focus and momentum.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within policing, public safety, law enforcement, intelligence, or wider public sector environments.
- Exposure to secure, mission-critical, or highly regulated technology programmes.
- Experience working across partner organisations and third-party suppliers.

- Candidates must hold active SC Clearance.
