You will be at the heart of it β building dynamic financial models that consolidate zonal plans into portfolio-level insights, powering critical decisions for senior stakeholders.
Your Impact- Develop cutting-edge portfolio models in Excel to track budgets vs. reality across refurbish, demolish/rebuild, new-build, and sell options
- Run sophisticated CAPEX/OPEX scenarios β NPV analysis, sensitivity testing, lifecycle costing for large-scale residential assets
- Present executive summaries translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations for C-suite and government leaders
- Collaborate with residential, surveying, and strategy experts in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Advanced Financial Modelling β Complex, flexible multi-scenario models for property portfolios
- Strategic CAPEX/OPEX Analysis β Forecasting, cost-benefit, and risk assessment mastery
