Join the Sizewell C project β€” one of the UK’s largest nuclear new-build programmes β€” supporting delivery of engineering design replicated from Hinkley Point C. This role manages the Nuclear Services Agreement (NSA) contract for the Plant Integration (PI) scope, ensuring high-quality delivery of design integration, digital models, configuration and engineering data across the programme.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of Plant Integration services under the NSA contract
  • Manage risks, Early Warnings, Compensation Events, Variations and change control
  • Challenge scope, assess value and approve Task Orders and deliverables
  • Ensure delivery of:
  • Design replication and configuration management
  • 3D model strategy, updates and integration
  • Engineering data/tools integration (CTS, Switch and related systems)
  • Provide commercial and technical oversight of contractor performance
  • Maintain alignment between Engineering Integration, Delivery Programmes and related contracts
  • Build strong relationships with contractor leads and SZC stakeholders
  • Monitor technical, financial and schedule performance
  • Contribute to monthly reporting, baseline control and issue resolution
  • Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree in Engineering or Science (essential)
    • Experience on major infrastructure projects (nuclear strongly preferred)
    • Strong contract management and technical governance capability
    • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments
    • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
    • Strong IT and MS Office proficiency
    • Knowledge of nuclear standards, EPR design, configuration management and digital modelling
    • Understanding of major project commercial processes
    • Experience on Hinkley Point C
    • Chartered status or working towards chartership
