Our client is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead the delivery of key HR transformation initiatives across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for managing HRIS implementation projects, supporting the rollout of a new time and attendance solution, overseeing the decommissioning of legacy systems, and ensuring successful change adoption across the organisation. The role requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, Facilities, Security, and global stakeholders to deliver projects on time and in line with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field
- Proven HR project management experience
- Understanding of time and attendance processes and payroll impacts
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in change management and HR systems implementation
