Hiring for HR and Payroll Administrator
Location: Belfast
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to support payroll accuracy and manage time & attendance processes. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate HR data submissions and acting as the first point of contact for time and attendance queries.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Administer and maintain the Time & Attendance system (Google AppSheet)
β’ Accurately manage employee hours, overtime, leave, and absences
β’ Act as the primary contact for employee and manager T&A queries
β’ Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for payroll and HR
β’ Complete payroll input sheets, new-hire documentation, and HR forms
β’ Manage data uploads and manual adjustments as required
β’ Support monthly payroll cut-off timelines
β’ Audit and resolve system errors and data discrepancies
Essential Skills & Experience:
β’ 2+ yearsβ experience in HR or Payroll Administration
β’ Strong knowledge of time & attendance systems
β’ Excellent Google Sheets and Google Workspace skills
β’ High attention to detail and confidentiality
β’ Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
β’ HRIS and payroll process experience
