Location: Broughton, Cheshire
Hybrid model after initial training – 2 days WFH
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a skilled HR Analyst to join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team supporting one of the UK's leading aerospace organisations. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and is confident managing a wide range of administrative tasks. A strong background in customer service (both verbal and written) is essential, as you’ll be handling queries from internal stakeholders and employees on various HR and payroll-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and process HR transactions via Workday and SAP
- Ensure accuracy in payroll-related data input and reporting
- Manage and resolve employee and manager queries via email and phone
- Monitor system interfaces and manually process exceptions
- Support continuous improvement projects related to Workday and payroll tools
- Assist with documentation, data validation, and compliance activities
Key skills & experience:
- Experience in a busy office environment, handling a broad range of administrative tasks
- Strong data input and analysis skills, ideally in a payroll or HR setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication with proven customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday and/or SAP preferred)
- Good knowledge of Google Suite applications
