Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a forward-thinking HR team supporting a large, dynamic organization.
- Provide expert employee relations advice and guidance to HRBPs and line managers on matters including discipline, grievances, absence, and performance management.
- Support and manage industrial relations topics, ensuring alignment with collective agreements and legal compliance.
- Lead impartial investigations and compile detailed reports to resolve employee relations cases effectively.
- Identify training needs and deliver upskilling for HR and line managers on employee relations and industrial relations topics.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of policies that support a fair and consistent approach to employee relations across the business.
- Foster strong collaboration across HR teams to deliver integrated solutions that support employee engagement and organizational culture.
Solid experience in an employee relations advisory role, ideally within a large, fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices, including union/rep engagement and collective agreements. A proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to supporting both HR and operational leaders.
