Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and governance across international markets
- Develop intuitive dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify customer pain points and operational inefficiencies
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
- Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and enhance predictive analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to stakeholders
Skills:
- Strong SQL expertise for data extraction and transformation
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
- Knowledge of big data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Spark
- Proficiency in Python or R (preferred)
- Understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation methods
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science
- Experience in customer success, operations, or digital experience domains preferred
- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (preferred)
