Our client is looking for an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join a fast-paced and collaborative HR team supporting a dynamic workforce across multiple studio locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and employees on employee relations matters including conduct, grievances, capability, absence management, and flexible working.
- Support disciplinary investigations, PIPs, wellbeing initiatives, and occupational health cases.
- Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on HR best practices and people management.
- Manage leave processes including maternity, paternity, parental, and emergency leave requests.
- Analyse absence trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve attendance and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with legal, payroll, HR teams, and business stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and process improvements.
- Support HR projects, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Strong HR generalist background with proven employee relations experience.
- CIPD qualification desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
