Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Our client is looking for a talented BI Reporting Analyst to join their team on a 6–12 month contract, supporting data-driven decision-making across customer success and growth functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards to track retention and revenue performance
  • Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for data integration
  • Analyse A/B testing results and provide actionable insights
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine reporting
  • Present insights to stakeholders and ensure data accuracy and governance
Skills Required:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working with call center data, including understanding of metrics and KPIs relevant to call center operations.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working with web data and understanding of digital support tools and KPIs.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Experience with Tableau, QlikSense, or similar BI tools
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and data modelling
