Plant Integration Contract Manager – Sizewell C Project
Location: Bristol/Suffolk, UK | Sector: Nuclear & Major Infrastructure
Join the Sizewell C project — one of the UK’s largest nuclear new-build programmes — supporting delivery of engineering design replicated from Hinkley Point C. This role manages the Nuclear Services Agreement (NSA) contract for the Plant Integration (PI) scope, ensuring high-quality delivery of design integration, digital models, configuration and engineering data across the programme.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Plant Integration services under the NSA contract
- Manage risks, Early Warnings, Compensation Events, Variations and change control
- Challenge scope, assess value and approve Task Orders and deliverables
- Ensure delivery of:
- Design replication and configuration management
- 3D model strategy, updates and integration
- Engineering data/tools integration (CTS, Switch and related systems)
- Engineering product integration across workstreams
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Engineering or Science (essential)
- Experience on major infrastructure projects (nuclear strongly preferred)
- Strong contract management and technical governance capability
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT and MS Office proficiency
Desirable
- Project Management qualification (PMI or equivalent)
- Knowledge of nuclear standards, EPR design, configuration management and digital modelling
- Understanding of major project commercial processes
- Experience on Hinkley Point C
- French language skills
- Contract procurement experience
- Chartered status or working towards chartership
