Our client is seeking an experienced Resourcing Operations Specialist to support and optimise the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process within a fast-paced, global environment. In this role, you will take ownership of resourcing operations, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems, managing onboarding workflows, and coordinating with stakeholders across HR, IT, Security, Legal, and Global Mobility. You will play a key role in supporting candidates through background checks, security clearances, visa processes, and onboarding activities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Operations, Resourcing, or Talent Acquisition Coordination
  • Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
  • Knowledge of global mobility, visa, or security clearance processes
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including reporting and automation
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
