The Labour Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating labour relations across the company’s industrial operations, ensuring compliance with applicable labour legislation, collective bargaining agreements and internal policies.
The role will act as a key partner providing expert guidance on labour matters, employee relations, collective negotiations, disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution. The position will contribute to maintaining a positive, compliant and productive working environment across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, collective bargaining agreements, internal policies and company procedures across all sites.
- Support the implementation of labour policies and procedures in line with corporate standards and local legal requirements.
- Support the company’s position in labour discussions, ensuring alignment with business needs and legal requirements.
- Represent or support the company in meetings with labour authorities, inspections or mediation bodies.
- Develop, review and update labour relations policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of labour relations cases, negotiations and agreements.
- Prepare regular reports on labour relations activity, risks, trends and action plans.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose preventive actions to reduce labour risk.
Qualifications
Degree in Law, Labour Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
Additional postgraduate studies in Labour Law, Employment Relations or HR Management will be valued.
Strong knowledge of labour law, collective bargaining agreements and employee relations practices.
Experience
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in labour relations, employee relations or HR roles with strong labour law exposure.
