Empower RD is seeking a Full Stack Analytics Engineer to join the Tech & Product team and build data-driven decision making from the ground up.

You will be the first dedicated data analyst embedded in the team, shaping how analytics are used across the business.

You will own end-to-end data work, from modelling robust data structures to creating dashboards and presenting recommendations to stakeholders across Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success.
