We have an exciting opportunity in our Operations Team! We are a Blackpool‑based charity working across Blackpool, Fylde and the Fylde Coast, with a long‑term commitment to supporting our local communities and improving lives. At the heart of what we do is empowering people to have their voices heard.

Role Purpose: We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team and support the smooth day‑to‑day running of Empowerment. The Operations Administrator will be a key first point of contact for the organisation, providing welcoming, professional and compassionate support to visitors, community members and professionals.

The role supports the Operations Manager and wider team with essential administration, systems, compliance and office coordination, helping ensure our services run effectively and efficiently in a busy, multi‑service environment. This is a varied role, well‑suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities and being at the heart of a values‑led organisation.
