We are a Blackpool‑based charity working across Blackpool, Fylde and the Fylde Coast, with a long‑term commitment to supporting our local communities and improving lives. At the heart of what we do is empowering people to have their voices heard.
Role Purpose: The Armed Forces Community Peer Navigator will provide compassionate, trauma‑informed support to veterans and members of the armed forces community across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. Using their own experiences, they will build trust and support individuals to access services, including housing, healthcare, employment and community support. The role focuses on reducing isolation, overcoming barriers, and empowering people to build confidence, resilience, and independence through a non‑judgemental approach.
