Role Purpose:
The Part-Time Administrator will provide essential administrative support across Solace, including both I Am Dylan and Elliot's Place. The post holder will support the effective day-to-day running of the projects by maintaining accurate records, supporting referral and enquiry processes, managing communications, assisting with activity and events administration, preparing agendas, and taking and circulating accurate minutes for meetings. Working closely with staff, volunteers, participants, and partner organisations, the Administrator will help ensure services, meetings, and events are well organised, professional, and responsive to the needs of the people we support.
