We have an exciting opportunity in our Lived Experience Team! We are a Blackpool‑based charity working across Blackpool, Fylde and the Fylde Coast, with a long‑term commitment to supporting our local communities and improving lives. At the heart of what we do is empowering people to have their voices heard.
Role Purpose: The co-production peer will form part of Empowerment’s Lived Experience Service working within the System Transformation Team in Blackpool, supporting a sustained programme of co‑production and system change. The role focuses on relational peer support while identifying emerging issues, particularly evolving patterns of substance use including ketamine.
