About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Registered Nurse to join our team in Beeston. This role is central to our mission of providing exceptional, individualised care and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s daily life.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality paediatric nursing care with professionalism and empathy.
- Support the child safely within a school environment, enabling access to education while meeting clinical needs.
- Liaise with school staff to ensure care plans and risk assessments are followed.
- Manage complex conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and Dystonia.
- Provide airway management, including deep suction, repositioning, and oxygen therapy.
- Administer gastrostomy feeds and medications safely.
- Support physiotherapy programmes and mobility needs.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Monitor clinical progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Promote a safe, nurturing environment that supports emotional well‑being.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Provide occasional holiday cover with the family when required.
