The Opportunity: We are looking for a motivated and organised Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role within the organisation, ensuring the smooth coordination of care services, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining compliance standards, and providing essential operational support to both clients and care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process to ensure staffing levels meet service requirements.
  • Support workforce compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and respond effectively to emergencies, client concerns, and staff queries.
  • Manage daily operational activities to support high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain and update internal care management systems, ensuring records remain accurate and compliant.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, families, care staff, and external professionals.
  • Assist with rota management and staff allocation to ensure continuity of care.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum 2 years' experience providing care.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year's office-based experience.
  • Experience in care coordination, recruitment, or workforce planning.

Location: Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Derby, DE24 8GX or be willing to relocate prior to commencing employment.
