Job: Wrap Around Care Manager Location: Leeds, LS16 Salary: £13 to £20 per hour Start: September 2025 Contract Type: Perm The School and Role Empowering Learning is working closely with a large primary school in ls16 that are seeking to appoint a wrap around care manager. Requirements The desired Wrap Around Care Manager will have. Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate effectively at all levels Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Knowledge and experience of behaviour management and restorative strategies Experienced and comfortable with children Having a driving licence is desirable for this role Have no other work commitments that might affect their performance for Childs Play Be qualified in Early Years or Playwork Willing to obtain First Aid Be computer literate with knowledge of Word, Email and Sharepoint Have experience as a Manager leading a large staffing team To be able to follow and implement policies and procedures Able to take direction from the owner and follow through in a timely manner Be reliable and able to work both mornings and afternoons, term time only Enjoy working within a large team Be very organised and able to speak clearly on the telephone and articulate well in communication Work safely ensuring all staff follow H&S regulations, COSHH and Food Handling to name a few To ensure that all activities are inclusive for all children to take part in.
