We are recruiting for an experienced and resilient Maths Teacher on behalf of a specialist school in Wandsworth. This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about making a difference to some of the most vulnerable young people in education.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons tailored to the needs of pupils
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students who may have experienced trauma, exclusion or significant barriers to learning
- Work closely with SENCOs, support staff and external agencies to provide a consistent, structured approach
- Adapt your teaching style to meet a wide range of emotional and academic needs
- Contribute to a calm, safe and supportive school environment
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
- Previous experience in an SEMH, PRU, SEN or alternative provision setting - desirable
- Calm, patient, and resilient with a genuine commitment to inclusive education
- Strong behaviour management skills with a trauma-informed approach
- A team player who thrives in a close-knit, supportive staff environment
- Competitive daily or salary rate depending on experience
