Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged (age range)
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
  • Observe, assess, and record children's development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are always followed
  • Support children's individual needs and promote inclusion

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent) - essential
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
  • Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
