Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged (age range)
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Observe, assess, and record children's development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are always followed
- Support children's individual needs and promote inclusion
Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent) - essential
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
- Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
