We are working with a well-established Secondary SEND school in Hillingdon supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD and PMLD. The school is looking for a reliable, committed Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis.

This role is to support a number of Year 11-12 boys who respond best to positive male role models and need consistency to build trust and feel secure.

The role includes:

  • Supporting pupils with complex learning and physical needs
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups
  • Supporting personal care (essential)
  • Helping pupils regulate, engage and feel safe in school
  • Being a calm, firm and fair presence throughout the day
