Empowering Learning is recruiting on behalf of a specialist alternative provision school in Tower Hamlets, London for a Learning Support Assistant – SEND & Trauma‑Informed Practice. You will support pupils who have experienced trauma and adversity and work closely with the SENCo, teachers and senior leaders.
You will help pupils develop emotional regulation, resilience and essential life skills, supporting them one‑to‑one and in small groups, and delivering targeted interventions tailored to their needs.
