Please note you must be willing to work in both nursery and primary school settings for this role. Empowering Learning are looking to recruit teaching assistants who want flexible work and are happy to do supply work. It may be you are in between jobs, looking for something flexible or at the start of your career - we would like to hear from anyone that is interested in working within Didcot or the South Oxfordshire area to do flexible teaching assistant work.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain classroom experience and support the learning journey of students. As a supply teaching assistant, you will:
- Assist the class teacher.
- Be in control of your working week.
- Gain experience in a variety of different settings.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Support students in completing tasks and maintaining their focus.
