An 'Outstanding' school in Southend is seeking dedicated SEND Class Teachers to join their successful team. This role offers an opportunity to positively influence young people's lives, especially those with additional educational needs.

Ideal candidates will have experience or background in youth work, gang violence, social, emotional and mental health, challenging behaviour, or sexual exploitation. The ability to handle challenging students effectively and a dedication to making a difference are essential. The successful candidate should be passionate about working with youths, capable of managing tough situations, and skilled in de-escalation techniques. Resilience and a strong work ethic are important qualities.

We seek dynamic and motivated SEND Class Teachers who enjoy working creatively and collaboratively, utilising available resources and expert support. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons using innovative methods that foster curiosity and excitement in the classroom.
