An \’Outstanding\’ school in Harlow are seeking outstanding Primary and Secondary SEND Class Teachers to join their highly successful team.
This role is perfect for those who want to inspire a young person\’s life for the better.
We are looking for people who have had or have relevant experience involving; Youth work, gang violence, social, emotional and mental health, challenging behaviour and/or sexual exploitation. The right candidate will need to make a strong approach in handling challenging students and be dedicated to making a difference.
The ideal candidate will need to have a passion for working with youths, know how to handle tough situations, know how to resolve or deescalate situation in the correct and efficient manner. Someone who is resilient and with a strong work ethic towards their work.
We are looking for dynamic and motivated SEND Class Teachers with a passion for making a difference. You will have the opportunity to work creatively and collaboratively, utilizing the extensive resources and expert support available to you. You will plan and deliver engaging learning on a daily basis, using exciting and innovative methods that encourage curiosity and excitement in the classroom.
