Empowering Learning is proud to support a Tamworth-based secondary school in recruiting an experienced SENDCo for a September start.
The role is full-time and long-term, with strategic responsibility for leading SEND provision across KS3 and KS4.
The successful candidate will oversee EHCP reviews, coordinate intervention mapping, and work with teachers, families, and external agencies to raise outcomes for vulnerable learners within an inclusive setting.
