Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to provide high-quality cover across a range of primary and secondary schools in Worcestershire. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to gain experience in different school settings. You will maintain positive learning environments, ensure continuity of teaching, and support students' learning while classes are uncovered. Both day-to-day cover and long-term placements are available, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons or lead classes as required
- Supervise and manage classrooms effectively and professionally
- Support students' learning and engagement throughout the school day

- Uphold all school policies, including safeguarding, health & safety, and behaviour expectations
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience for Supply Teachers

- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive, professional attitude
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
