Empowering Learning in Dudley is seeking a dedicated Pastoral & Behaviour Specialist to join a secondary school from September 2026. This full-time, long-term role supports students with SEMH and behavioural needs, promoting positive conduct and inclusive learning.
You will work with pastoral and teaching staff to implement intervention plans, monitor progress, and liaise with parents and external agencies. Hours are 8:30am–3:30pm, with a daily rate of 130–170 depending on experience.
