Whether you're an experienced Nursery Practitioner or looking for your next exciting opportunity in Early Years, we'd love to hear from you! What will you be doing? As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can flourish. You could be working with children ranging from babies through to primary school age, supporting their development through play, learning and everyday experiences. Your role may include: Supporting children's learning and development Planning and participating in fun, engaging activities Providing a warm, caring and nurturing environment Working with children from babies through to primary school age Supporting with everyday care, including nappy changing Working positively as part of a friendly nursery team Following safeguarding, health and safety and Early Years procedures Helping every child feel valued, supported and encouragedWhat we're looking for We're looking for someone who is: Level 2 or 3 qualified in Early Years - essential for nursery ratios Dependable, reliable and professional Enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about working with children Happy and confident working with children of different ages Comfortable with all aspects of childcare, including nappy changing A positive team player with a caring and patient approach Committed to safeguarding and creating a safe environment for childrenSafeguarding & References You must: Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to purchase a new Enhanced DBS Be able to provide two years of professional work and/or education references Meet the safeguarding requirements for working within an Early Years setting If you're ready to bring your enthusiasm, energy and passion for Early Years to a fantastic nursery environment, we'd love to hear from you!
