We are looking for an experienced PRU Teaching Assistant for a full-time position at a Behaviour school in the Walsall area, where you will be working with students with SEMH and SEBD needs.
To be considered, you should have prior experience as a PRU TA, a strong understanding of the SEND school curriculum, and a compassionate, nurturing approach to your work.
- You must be a qualified behaviour support or Teaching Assistant - ideally level 3 or equivalent
- Have an excellent knowledge of the UK SEND school system
- Have experience working in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU)
- Ideally have worked for at least 12 months within Special Needs
- Safeguarding level 1 trained
- DBS on the update service
- PRU/SEMH/SEBD experience
