Empowering Learning are working closely with a high-achieving secondary school in Skipton who are on the lookout for a dynamic and versatile Cover Supervisor to join the school temporarily.

Role and responsibilities:
- Flexible and versatile approach to work.
- To deliver pre-planned lessons to a high standard, ensuring students remain engaged in their lessons.
- Manage classroom behaviour and foster an inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Requirements:
- Previous experience covering schools in secondary schools would be ideal, but not essential. Full training from the school is provided.
- Educated to graduate level.
- Proactive and versatile individual.
- The ability to think outside-the-box, on-the-spot and use your initiative when needed.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Strong behavioural management skills.
